Well let's see...I literally have not spent a penny of the GFM on gear.
Im buying my old Tyler back on payments, the Japanese one is a loaner, and pretty much any of the gear I got was donated.
Fwiw, in addition to the GFM money I added 8000 to my debt.
So no I'm not tossing money around for...
Seems to be the std 59 just about with it being the only option, the thin C thing is a typo one of the dealers said.
JTG MK1 neck specs are
STD 59 neck 1st fret .850 12th fret .980
James Tyler USA Standard 59 neck:
.845” AT 1ST FRET .975” AT 12TH FRET
Are the Japanese still making them. Yes.
And they’re pretty damn close to the US ones.
Here ya go…
And the US one Jim built me 2 decades ago I got back…
So I got my Chinese Tyler SE-HD or as it's called JTG MK1.
I posted this over at TOP but figured someone might wanna know...
It is what it should be?.. a damn Tyler.
Import notwithstanding it does exactly what one expects. A Strat with a huge ass.
Not like others (to quote my friend Matte H.)...
Everything right guitars?
Let’s see my Tyler’s, especially my SE from 2006 and the Japanese one.
Just as amazing an original Charvel from the early 80s, the days of Strat headstocks and best neck carve ever.
Also every one of my Vigiers, Baker B3 and Marchione.
Runner up…best ergonomics for...
