…In all seriousness, awesome man. Your collection is respectable to say the least. Do you run a studio, or professional services? …what do you think of the m/your Diezel in comparison to your Bogner?
Hello fellow connoisseurs of guitar and all things fine. I’m after a piece of gear that was recently posted in the for sale forum and don’t understand how to best communicate my desire to make the purchase. I read the rules of engagement but think that my understanding is lacking. Any advices...
Noice. Lol. I almost bought a Gorky Park Kramer guitar during one of my pint driven escapades. Google it. Shameful. I thought, at the time, that I NEEDED it. Ha. ?
Wow. Call me enlightened.
I plugged into a rocktorn rack in 1993 and lost my s**t. It was ‘THE tone’ I was after. Unfortunately I was a zit popping teen at the time and no fortitude to get a job and earn some bucks. I wish I had as this rack slayed.
I’ll dive deeper on the ISP for sure...
Oh. My. God.
…your arsenal would literally stave off an alien invasion.
Pumped for you man.
What do you like plugging into most? What is you go to what you have 15-20mins to strum?
What do you wish you had? What do you regret?
Again, such a rad arsenal. Kudos and cheers!!

What do you use for cab speakers? I loaded a 4x12 with Celestion FRFR speakers and power it with a SE Powerstage. I tried with greenbacks and it sounded like there was a blanket over the cab.
Oh man. Euge made me shortlist a VH4. I managed to eke out some decent Diezel tones from my FM3, but, I think that the VH4 is one amp that you simply need to own to get the feel. Satchel and Nick did a Sweetwater glam rock throwback vid a while back and Nicks Diezel tone was to die for. Sigh...
Totally get you here. It’s wild how the idiosyncrasies of years past, became the desired flavours of the future. …suffice it to say, I do enjoy the mid range bump, slight saturation, compression, and high end roll off that tape can offer. …that said, I resort to UAD tape plugins to get me 70%...
Yeah man, they totally rip. I hope he heals his vocals from the current state. GnR was such a big part of my musical journey. But yeah, the vocals are primo ?
Noice! I also find that I reach for my FM3 often; probably more often than my tubes. …how do you find the Astro? Do you run it into cab or direct? …looks so versatile. We really do live in an era of tone. ??
