New GNR : what you all think

Yes!! There is something to be said for a full album. I’m from an era of cassette tapes, and, you were basically compelled to listen to each side in arrangement. …the old myth was that fast forwarding or rewinding unnecessarily shortened the lifespan of the cassette. Suffice it to say, I’d love...

    NGD Charvel model 6 modded

This is right up my ally. I wish that I would have bought so many more Charvels, Jackson’s, and Kramers over the past years. They used to list for cheap and are arguably better quality/parts than new top tier. Anyhow, enjoy! …also, as an aside, I’m now a Bolt Thrower fan thanks to you. …and, by...

New GNR : what you all think

For what it’s worth, this tune Hard Skool found regular play on my home front. I was hopeful that we would see a Renaissance of sorts with GnR. …saw them live in 2017. My all time lifetime fav show. It was a dream come true. Sounded better live. True to form. Truly cathartic.

    Remembering First Amp & Guitar

The quintessential ‘how to crush’ starter pack. Excellent. Metal Zone ftw. …lots of joyful YouTube vids on Metal Zone lately. Never had one, always wanted one back in the day. Arguably one of the greatest names for a pedal, I’m my humble opinion.

    Current ‘go to’ Guitar Rig

Hello all, I’m feeling the holiday guitar spirit as of lately; especially since I’ll finally have some time to mess about and do some playing. Given a bit of inspiration and time for a quick session, what are you guys picking up and playing through as of lately? I tend to pivot between a few...

What's the go to distortion pedal nowadays?

Perhaps off profile to your question, but, Dave Friedmans BEOD and Small Box have done it for me. Stopped buying drive/dist/od pedals after these two.

New GNR : what you all think

…this just ain’t rock and roll. They need to get honest with themselves. Love GnR but this just ain’t it. I hope someone tells them…
