Yeah, sounds awesome. To me it sounds like a mix of reverb, chorus, and EQ, but studio effects added after recording. Scorpions always have great tones imho, but from what I know their setup has always been simple at the core (two Amps, mostly one 50w JMP, but also others like Wizards...

As for further effects: After listening to those tracks: delay, chorus and a wah, maybe a compressor and EQ, should be all you need on a pedal board. Or any decent multi, i.e. Lexington, TC etc. unit will do.
