Thinking about running these with my wah pedal?
What are your opinions on the MXR micro amp pedal, are the new ones any good? How about the ones from the 80's or 90's?
I see they are all priced the same but wondering if there was a difference in tone or just a "better" one I should look out for?
I have been messing around with running two amps at the same time now for a while.
Since Mark is here maybe he might be able to answer but would running a CCM and CCV at the same time yield to good results?
I think I am after Steve_K on the list for a CCV and a CCM so I plan on running these...
Been to a few recent concerts and I noticed its just people standing around with their cell phone cameras, are there really any big mosh pits anymore like back in the 90's or was that the end of an era?
I remember there were mosh pits at the Blind Melon concerts.
I know there...

First thing first is I need a pickup set for my 68ri Les Paul Custom and it seams like the 2nd degree Black Belt is the way to go but what kind of spacing do I get 50mm or 53mm? Also should I go with the 2 or 4 conductor, I like the way Cantrell's Les Paul sounds so I would lean more toward what...
I can improvise Blues solos all day long it comes really easy to me, I can improvise all up and down the fretboard etc...
I don't know why but I am just having a hard time improvising rock style solos, is there any tips of where I should do the bends and what note I want to resolve on.

I am turning my 2car garage into a rehersal space and its getting close to done. I got everything drums, bass cabs etc. I just need a PA system that is good quality and pro to semi pro level.

This just showed up from Europe and it's a 1996 Silverface with the old script. Notice the Cruch switch.
Peter do you know anything about this amp, was this a custom order because I have never seen a silverface this old.
Crunch switch what does it do? I am dropping it off at my amp tech so he...
Someone told me if you run a volume pedal in the effects loop of an amp you can attenuate with it?
Is this true, will it screw up an amp? If this is true then why pay money for an attenuator?
Found this in Japan, should be here next week but it is a VH4 channel 3 in a pedal. I could not find any info on Google about this pedal or the company that makes it.
Anyone know anything about this?
Since I have owned two Bluefaces I noticed something so I wanted to share with you guys here especially the Adam Jones Tonez chasers like me.
Sometime in late 96 or early 97 Peter had made a revision to the VH4 Blueface and you can see it went from "Old script" to "New script"...
I keep seeing the same low serial numbered ones over and over on Ebay and some of the other online sites. I know they have been trying to sell number 4 for a looooong time.
I also have been trying to find on the other forums if anyone has actually bought one of the limited ones. I know...

I figure this was the best place to post this but I am looking for a 1996 Diezel VH4. I have a mint condition 95 and owned a 97. I just want a 96 to compare to as I am curious about revisions etc.
I know late 96 was the first year that Diezel sent amps to the USA so I figure this would be the...
