I just got off the phone with Chris at MESA Boogie. I asked about Mike modding C+'s and 415 power tubes. Yes and yes. Mike still modifies + to ++ with a pull knob and I have 2, 415 ($250.00 per pair) and 2 el34's ($225.00 per pair) power tubes coming. :p
