Ratt was known for being very inconsistent. Between Blotzer's lack of wizardry on the drums, Pearcy sounding like shit at the best of times, and Robbin's spiral into addiction, the moon had to be just right to get a good show out of the band.

There is no perfect amp out there. There may be a better one, but perfection is just a word. I have the best sound I’ve ever had right now, but I’m still looking at a new amp to try to get closer to that moving target in my mind. Haha but, I’m gonna try to keep the current amp too.

Sounds really excellent, I've been watching a bunch of your videos recently as I've been getting into amp guys who are trying to improve on "British type" amps. I have no desire at all to chase John's sound, but you really nailed it there.
