Hello @KingBee to have a safe mismatch, you need to use the 8 Ohms output of your amp, when you connect one or the pair of cabinets to the ATT output. When you use the ATT output of the Captor, it is the impedance of the Captor that counts for the amp. The cabinet(s) connected to this output...

Hello @braveheart I have tried to imagine how you could do it, however I always come back to the fact that to create a static IR you need to be able to record the tone of the Palmer through a cabinet. So you will end up recording an IR of the Palmer playing through a speaker and not the Palmer...

Hello @shawnb In Wall of Sound, it is not possible to put 2 mics in front of one cab. The trick is to put the cabinet twice in one layer of Wall of Sound. It will give the same results as having 2 mics in front of the cab like in Torpedo Remote.

@BatmansRigTalk To be complete on @Ventura 's answer. If you wish to connect from a modeller to an FRFR active speaker, the modeler needs to have an in-built power amp too. The Captor X does not have line inputs to connect modelers/multieffects into its input. Kind regards

Hello @Mattik There is no possibility to modify the levels of attenuation in the Captor X, unfortunately. It is not easy to get the right levels for all existing amps out there with 2 steps of attenuation. kind regards
