Since you're all using Safari on macOS or iOS, are you sure you do not have "Private Relay" enabled in iCloud? 'cause that would be the reason for this.

That's really weird if you're not using a VPN. Though, you might think you're not using one but maybe you are. If you're on a mac, iPhone or iPad with Safari and have activated iCloud private relay, then that would be the reason. If not any of this, then it doesn't make sense, especially if...

You must be using a VPN and not signed in into Google. Your IP address is shared with others and doing too many hits on Youtube so they apply some restrictions. This has nothing to do with the board.
