    O.T. NFL Sunday Ticket...WTF?!

What the f*ck is the point of paying for Sunday Ticket if every damn game I want to watch is blacked out? That is all. :gethim:

    Incoming from Dave

My dual rectifier is on it's way back from Hollywood! I'm pretty stoked. I'll do some clips once I get her back and relearn how to dial it in. :)

    Farndurk pedals

Just heard of these pedals. The build quality looks insanely good and he's doing something different than the usual recycled designs with his 'toneplugs'. The Model 9 sounds great! Check them out. http://www.farndurk.com/ h0B2HKxzqp0

Dave, where do you recommend placing a clean boost...

on a pedal board? (such as the buff puff) I typically run my lower gain devices into my higher gain distortion type pedals and then into my delay pedals. Should I put a clean boost towards the end of the chain? Before delays maybe?

Overloading the input of a pedal or amp

Can someone please explain this to me? Sometimes I run 3 or 4 lower gain od's into a distortion pedal or even my amp to get that really lo-fi breakup type of sound, where the gain structure just falls apart. It's really cool when run into a delay for really nasty sounding leads. Is this bad...

Pedals-overdrive into distortion? Or vise versa?

I've always ran lower gain overdrive pedals into my higher gain distortion pedals. Seemed like the logical thing to do since you typically use an od pedal as a boost before your amp's high gain channel. I read recently that Pete Cornish suggests doing the opposite. He states that the...

    NPD!

Russian Big Muff! Cool pedal indeed. I've been without a fuzz type pedal for awhile now and this thing fills that void nicely. Traded with Daavvt (Dave). My TS9 for his Muff. Cool guy to deal with BTW.

    NATAS clip/song by Ola!!!

Pretty cool. Vocals are a little loud, but the amp sounds great in the mix. FH7XoswEfGQ After around 2:00 you can hear more of the amp's gain structure.

Anyone here prefer a fixed bridge?

I see a lot of FR love around here. Am I the only one who prefers a stop tail piece or string-through body with no trem? I like FRs and I realize that there are restrictions with fixed bridge axes, but every time I pick up a FR equipped axe, I don't like the feel and I am tempted to over use it...

B**tch Talk? or Rig-Complain? Hmm, what fits better?

Man, is it just me or have there been an influx of bitchy, quarrelsome brats and seemingly juvenile trolls around here lately? Defending your opinion and making a point is one thing but it's getting a little tense around here.  The funny part is, I bet if we all met each other...

    G&L ASAT Deluxe?

I've been wanting a tele style guitar with Buckers(at least one in the bridge) for a long time now, and after falling in love with the feel/tone of my G&L this summer I am drawn to the ASAT Deluxe. Does anyone here have one? If so, how do they compare with others such as Anderson Cobra, Suhr...

    Anyone own a Park amp?

Word has it that some of the later Park models made by Jim Marshall were more like "hot rodded" Marshalls and had more gain and more aggressive voicing. Does anyone have experience with these? I passed up an opportunity to play one at a vintage shop because I had no idea the history of Park...

Who has the most bitchin man-cave?!

I'm currently framing my basement to build a video game/gear room. The living room/bedroom is my jam space and that's just getting to be impossible with my 16 month old daughter running around. SO, I was thinking of cool man-cave setups and thought of several of you guys here that have cool...
