Just wanted to report that I loaded two worn in G12K-100s into my 212C and it sounds magnificent! I no longer play metal, but these two speakers in the 212C sound huge, beefy, tight, smooth, even and just glorious. They will stay for now till I get bored, great for anything you can throw at it...

Why did they switch from using two Elite 80s, which are basically CL-80s to using one V30 and one Elite 100 which is essentially a G12K-100? My friend just got a Renegade and that is the new speaker mix. What giveaway? Brides used to say nothing compares to 80s in a 112 or 212.
