i found kemper best going through a power tube section always, yes you double up on the power part because its profiled in direct profiles but for me it always felt better

was just looking for a single good high gain channel, Not having a deep/low res is a one factor missing in the runt. But i was really surprised how effect having an eq in the loop was to correct alot of this little amps shortfalls. Thanks for all the feedback,

So with the runt the gain and strong mids put me off for a long time so was using a kemper alot, the hbe from the be deluxe. But with a quality pedal to push the front end and a mxr eq in the loop its sounding better then any friedman profile i have. So now that the runt sounds great is it...
