I use a PS2 with my SL67 and it sounds good to me...I think it's much better than a standard attenuator when trying to play at lower volumes. That being said a healthy amount of volume is still required to really hit the sweet spot so I find that when it's sounding the best, I'm really not...

I played that combo for years, mostly in 2x12’s but I did try a 4x12 once…I greatly preferred the h75s in the bottom. But as mentioned, you’ll have to try it yourself.
