My wife discovered Disturbed’s remake of Sound of Silence and wanted to see them in concert tonight in Atlanta. So I was like hell yeah let’s do it. Big stage, fire, lights, lasers, sounded great. Lots of good grooves, crowd was into it singing.
But they also just plain put on a good show...
It’s not being sold to Fender, so they’re not going to have too much say. I’m sure the investment firm will try to get Reverb and Fender and other companies in its portfolio to do business together though.
The article says they are looking at future enhancements such as dropping gear off locally without having to list or ship. I wonder if that means they take your gear, post it and ship it for you? That would mean they have brick and mortar in place in your city. I think that would be cool, kind...
I started black coffee years ago trying to lose weight, cutting sugar and cream. It was bad at first but once I got used to it, it’s all I like. I can’t stand coffee with sugar and/or cream any more.
Stick with it and I think it’ll come around. Black coffee is healthy, good for the liver.
I'm more in the synth metal club, but just seems like if we did a poll on genre's for a RT album, I think those 2 would win. But who knows, might be an interesting poll.
I will watch the video later, but I think the traditional guitar star was taken down by the decline of guitar in popular music. That’s all.

I do both, I try to be well rounded. I don’t play in a band, just no time with my work to commit to it. But when I play it’s about 50/50 rhythm and lead. I don’t really think about it, I just enjoy both.
Yep, pretty cool. Real players. I always thought the tape pr method they used didn't capture Bass in these old clips. It is cool stuff, just the bass is missing.
Pretty cool here. I enjoy Michael Nielsen (nicest guy ever) and he was John's recording engineer a number of years. Good insight for those of us not in the know on that rig.
