Thank you. I have to say everything I play generally is from the late 70's to late 90's (currently mid 80's thru 90's mainly). I don't play much in the 2000's so it is mainly just the higher gain stuff in that period.

So it seems like a Recto is the common answer here. That being said, the multi-watt and Badlander have been suggested. Then there are the Rev G and F which everyone raves about, although much less accessible for me to try. At least with the Badlander and the Multi-watt I can try to see if either...

I was able to try the Badlander recently and I was impressed. Much easier to dial in than my Mark V 35. Aside from the vintage boogies, i'd love to try a JPC-2 as well.
