Talked with Scott recently (Splawn) and he said the Clean on his new amps is the best it's been if the Nitro is dirty enough. Never played the Bogner.

Curious besides the guys I know about... Is it mainly the 80's guys who flat out lied about their gear or is it all genre's?

There was a guy fairly close "SIN Pickups" think his name was Carter. Had him do some custom Alnico 2 stuff many years ago (10 or so). Was a younger dude but knew his stuff. Not sure if hes still doing it.
