The 3 amps I use delay on the most (all in the fx loop) are: Mark V 25 - they all sound great with relative ease Fillmore 25 - a little more finicky to get the wet/dry mix just right, but still works consistently well Orange OR15 - this amp definitely needs a little help from delay/reverb but...

Very cool interview. I like Tom’s channel. He rambles on a lot, but some of the lesson bits he gets into are absolutely golden. He also has an insane ability to pick up different guitars & really lock onto what they excel at.

Supposedly he ran it out front, that’s where I run mine. On my board, it’s right after the tuner, before the dirt pedals. It’s my favorite phaser, I like the more subtle setting, from the push button.

Definitely one of the better bang for the buck amps out there still. Although it’s a bummer you can’t just call Peavey up & order replacement parts as easily as it used to be.

I’ve got the badlander 50 & it’s not great at home volume levels honestly. It’s decent there, but the price tag isn’t justifiable unless you can play it pretty loud.

And here I feel like a hack when I write a lead part with a measure or two that rips off Rhoads, Moore, EJ etc. & blatantly admit it.

If they were priced more reasonably, the wait list to get anything from them would be 20 years.
