    NAD: 1979 Marshall JMP 2203 (pre-Zound!)

Being that it's so clean I think I'd just leave it original... I mean it's going to be worth the most that way. The preamp and any good overdrive will make you forget about what power tubes you have anyway. :dunno:

Mesa Boogie 1X12 for Mark IV

Yeah, the wide body is a good choice. Sounds as big as a 2x12. I never liked the Thiele... it just sounded too choked or something. It's good for bass though. My fav is a 2x12 metal grill cab.... just run some less efficient speakers like greenbacks or turn the dang amp down a bit... run a...

    NAD: 1979 Marshall JMP 2203 (pre-Zound!)

The only reason Marshall switched to 6550s is because they were having a problem with EL34s failing during shipment. The EL34 was the original tone idea and probably the sound you hear on all the British invasion records.

Recto Lovers - what would you buy now?

Seee! I always sell stuff before the prices go crazy. I sold my leather 93 for $1200 about 8 years ago ...and it took a while to sell for that price.

Does anyone know of a source of head cabinets for the Tiny Terror?

I saw some a few years back but the guy stopped making them. :gethim: He did a good job and got all the angles right. I wonder if anyone else is doing it? :dunno:

Recto Lovers - what would you buy now?

I think the only thing I would want to try out is a mini Rectoverb combo if I could get one cheap.

Here are a couple of music videos that I sort of put together ....

The first one is really old ... I did it in the late 90s from editing VHS where you could cut patches from a video cam and paste them together then dub sound over the whole mess. I recorded and sung the song on an old Roland VS880. It's called: Got a Vette :2thumbsup: Second video is a...
