Depending on production and number of tracks (per song) etc 3k isn't all that crazy... that's if you're getting pro quality outta the deal. If it's a reputable studio I wouldn't get as paranoid but definately do your homework.

Is that how you run your Gsys/decimator? Decimator through switchable and Gsys through serial?

I'd shoot for a used one, picked up mine with 2 eb jr expression pedals for $1150 and the thing was mint. Good hunting! :)

I have a g-sys and it rocks, as does the herbie. I run a decimator through the switchable loop and the g-sys through the serial, had to adjust levels but it works like a charm.

Diezel rear loaded nyc cab with v30's and gh12's in an X pattern. Sounds titties.

Bummer, for some reason I thought all the settings were retained per preset. So it's really just channel switching via midi then.

On the herbert, you can store up to 128 presets... Can you adjust gain between presets? I'm trying to get two different channel 2 gains on two different presets but after saving and comparing presets the gain is whatever it was last. Example I lower gain, have preset 2 selected on my midi...
