I wouldn’t cut into the fretboard, I’d use the saw dust if it was mine but Ideally if you did you’re needing a piece no bigger than ~ 6cm x 2cm x 1cm? Does that sound right? Then you still have the binding problem.

Anything Danelectro. Now unless you’ve ever had the actual pleasure of playing one - ugly as hell by and large- they’re extremely playable, light and bell like chimney tones, great for pop! Definitely not for modern metal.

No there is a “process” due for illegals. It’s called deportation. That is the process.

So the “due process” for immigration is a well established procedure in the USA. One goes through the port of entry at the borders or via correspondence with INS prior to entry whereby one is given a temporary permit for scholarship, business or vacation.

Flatwound 9-42, from 1/2 rounds about 16months ago. I still have a few guitars with half’s and a few with rounds. I like the 1/2 rounds with single coils, but I like the flats with buckers more.
