Why again do we "break in" Speakers to get rid of the harsh high end then? 😅

I always leave the Guitar raw. They are both really good.

I usually change them once a year. They are thick.

Still kinda sounds like a modded Marshall to me, with his own take. Yes, that's right. It works. I still hate it sometimes though :D But it's the only Amp from which i still get goosebumps. I just made a new Clip. Lenz straight in vs boosted Marshall, both turned up loud. Will upload shortly.

I usually keep them for about 1 year until i change them. But i use 14-68 D'Addario. 2-3 Years is long :)

Not really. I just only keep 1 Amp at the time. Can't even explain exactly why i decided that way.

I don't change Strings often. It never felt so strange like yesterday. Time to break 'em in. Like we do with Speakers :D

By the way: Am i the only one who doesn't like new Strings much?

Maybe i just keep the Lenz. Then i have an excuse to get a second Cab and a second guitar. That's the Rig-Talk-Way of doing it :D Lenz = more omph, Marshall = more high mid grind. Lenz is for sale. If anyone is interested: PM.

Not sure if i can get the nuts right. Especially wit the string angle the headstock has. I always file them myself with tools that are not really suited for the Job :D 14-68 files are hard to get. At least not in a Set.

1 more thing: The lower horn of the V prevents the guitar from wobbling, when i play fast. Like 16th notes. How dou say that? In german i would write "16tel". Is the RR1 more like a Strat in that regard/wobbling like it. I don't have that with Les Pauls. Vs and Les Pauls are my favorite guitar...

That makes sense to me. When i compared my ESP v-II to a Gibson Les Paul Custom it not only had the same growl, it also played aka reacted faster than the Les Paul.
