Thanks for getting back to me and I am so pleased to hear you like Reload II.
In terms of IR Loading, in short, no. Reload II is an all analog device and as such does not feature any AD / DA conversion on the DynIR/IR front. It does however include a copy of GENOME so IRs / DynIRs can be...
Thanks for getting back to me. There are definitely some differentials and we feel Reload II offers a more comprehensive solution for those features that it includes - but we guess proof will be in the pudding and what our early adopters feed back!
Thanks for weighing in and glad you have dived into the product a little more. The phrase True Continuous Attenuation was actually something we had used previously with our orginal Reload and we feel it is the best way of describing what Reload II does in a nutshell - our main priority was to...
Thanks for weighing in. No, you are correct, there is no Analog or digital cab sims on the device as it is primarily an attenuator / amplifier - we were however conscious that studio users would be using Reload II and that is why we supplied a complementary copy of GENOME as well as a collection...
It is a good suggestion but instead of us creating this, we actually wanted our network of influencers to test this - we feel a 3rd party actioning this is far more impartial than the brand doing this. My suggestion: stay tuned in the coming weeks as our first round of stock hits our influencer...
Sure thing - its a great poweramp for that and can take a line level feed of the test signal from an interface to run through a cabinet - exactly what you need (bar the mics and cab) for creating your own IRs! :)
Hi Guys, Thanks for all of this - I am noting down all your requests for discussion with our team and I will loop back accordingly; aside from everything else that has been requested, if there are any other questions, let me know!
Thanks for getting in touch - yes there are some similarities with the TAE and PS but we have put our own spin on this - the development was inspired by the feedback received across our line over the past 10 years and we are super proud of the response Reload II delivers.
Ha! Well you'd better...
It is a very interesting feature request for sure! However with an all-analog circuit, it may prove a bit costly on the manufacturing front / cost to the end-user and the unit would have to be considerably larger. Nonetheless, we have seen this a lot previously and you can be sure I am noting...
In terms of manufacture this is certainly done in the far-east, however price-point wise, this is the most expensive SKU in our line. The unit was designed in France by our engineers and we have a (super) rigorous QA process to ensure utmost quality. We have worked very hard to offer a premium...
Yes indeed, this marks a ground-up rework of our original load design and is most certainly not a basic U-Shape.
On the IR front, Reload II ships with a collection of DynIRs so you can mic up a cab how you would like to in the bundled GENOME software. I actually worked with Celestion on the...
Indeed, there are no digital FX inside the device but there are Depth and Presence controls per channel as well as a Mojo control per channel for low output volume use. As the Reload Line falls into our analog product line, we didnt want to add any of our DSP to this iteration. If you have any...
Yes indeed, it uses a re-amping design with a super transparent power-amp. Finding the right power-amp really was a labour of love and we are super pleased with the results. The current MAP for your reference is $999.99.
Thanks for getting in touch - I completely understand this sentiment but having been involved in this from the outset, I thought I would shed some light on the situation just for clarification purposes. Aside from any licensing, the unit was subject to thorough testing by Celestion as a...
There are some differentials here and you will of course see certain features on other manufacturers products; our plan with Reload II was to create a successor to it' predecessor, incorporating all of the feedback we have received while the original Reload was in the market for the past 10...
Great question. There is no selectable impedance curve - rather it is an average of the key drivers in Celestion's line which they have subsequently validated.
