Did you try the V30s and G12T-75s together? They mate VERY well together. The big mids of the V30s and the big highs and lows of the GTs. They seem to fill in what the other is missing and really fill up the tonal spectrum when used together, IMO.
As far as the G Major goes, you need to ensure that level of the G Major matches the level of the JVM loop. Their is a setting in the I/O menu of the G Major for PRO and CONSUMER. PRO is for +4db loops and CONSUMER is for -10db loops. The unit defaults to PRO. You need to ensure that this...
I LOVE my Axis!! Plays great and sounds great. I also have 3 Wolfgang Standards that I like equally as much as they have a similar (although not identical) feel.

Oops, my bad. The Trilogy only has one master, but the loop can be used as a boost. 4 Channels, MIDI switchable. Great clean channel, Marshally crunch and lead channel, and modern Ultra channel. Very cool amp.
The Hughes and Kettner Trilogy is a very cool amp that meets those criteria. The other guitar player in my band has one and it is bad ass. I dig it a lot.
