What kind of tone difference is there by adjusting the cap value?

All fixed! Swapped it out for a 680pf 15kv ceramic cap and the amp screams now. I'm not sure the original cap was 15kv though. The cap i just installed is nearly 3 times thicker and twice as big but who knows. Funny thing, the amp sounds even better now and seems to not need as much treble (...

If i may ask, how does the voltage change it's tone characteristics? i have a bunch of 680pf caps of different voltages and would love to know which direction to start with.

It is that amp actually but a lot of that schematic is very different compared to his complete amp and contains boards/relays and values that are not listed on that schematic he published.

A properly setup Jubilee is one of my favorite amps of all time ( outside my 71 SLP ) Bias needs to be just right ( amp reacts poorly to crossover distortion ) My 89 Japanese jubilee kicks so much ass, im sure this amp will make whoever buys it VERY happy! GLWS!

My 71 super lead with a treble booster, amp dimed on 10 with a neck pickup is a dream for harmonically rich tones and is a chainsaw on the bridge.

I enjoyed the song, tone is kinda meh but that's just me.
