Fireball 100 all the way. I've had both and the Fireball is way better than the Thrasher. I didn't like the Thrasher at all. The Thrasher has this weird, unpleasant midrange that can't be dialed out and it didn't seem to have enough gain.

Yea, I just picked up a mint JCM800 Bass thinking I was getting a killer 800 for cheap. Turns out they are way different from the Lead series. I thought just the tone stack and non master was different. Trace please tell me you can help me out.
