Thank you. I thought I was being unreasonable. After nine weeks I think I deserve some kind of update. I'm not happy at all. I'm not going to slam the modder but this thing better kick ass! This modder is very well know also. The thing that gets me is that it's been over nine week and it could...
How long does it take to get an amp modded. My Marshall has been in a techs possession for over nine weeks. I'm trying to be patient. He ignores emails and says he doesn't give updates. Am I just being a little Biotch? I feel like I could have shipped it overseas to Gower and I would have it...
I'm thinking about selling my '93 blackface Recto. It's one the best sounding amps that I have ever heard but I really need to pay some bills so I'm "thinning the heard". The tolex is in fair condition. The serial # is 1717. New tubes. What would be a fair asking price? I have no idea. Thanks
Fireball 100 all the way. I've had both and the Fireball is way better than the Thrasher. I didn't like the Thrasher at all. The Thrasher has this weird, unpleasant midrange that can't be dialed out and it didn't seem to have enough gain.
Yea, I just picked up a mint JCM800 Bass thinking I was getting a killer 800 for cheap. Turns out they are way different from the Lead series. I thought just the tone stack and non master was different. Trace please tell me you can help me out.
I just picked up a Marshall JCM800 Bass for cheap($900 shipped). I think I want to mod it but I heard some are worth a good bit of money. Mine is a 50 watt with 6550's and verticle inputs. I could do the master volume mod myself. I haven't had a chance to look at the schematic to see if anymore...
First off. I know that the Kemper is a profiling amp and the multi amp is not, but you could say both are modeling amps. I would like to have the Kemper but I don't have that kind of money to spend on gear. The DV Mark can be had for $1100. The clips sound really good. Anybody around here have...
I know there has to be some Boogie Board members around here. I was trying to join, but everytime I enter a answer to the question on the registration form it tells me that I entered a wrong answer. For example it asked me what amp manufacturer is supported by the forum I typed in Mesa, Mesa...
