I really dont think there is a reliability problem with them. That all stemed from one post and got carried away. I have had three and still have one and never had any issues with any of them. It is one of my favs and will always be in my collection something about them that sound mean as hell...

Drop G on my 7 string 26.5 and drop A on my 25.5 . I love the D adario 59-10 7 string set. Works well for me. On my six stringers drop c is were its at for me on a 52-10 set.

Its great for metal but not very versitile in my opinion. It is tight and clear but when trying to play lower gain stuff it just sound wierd. The Nazgul sound way better to me and can handle anything from metal to blues even though it a hotter pick up it just works.

i want a rev 2 bad. I had the 1st and the blue nice sounding but from what everyone seams to say the 2 is where its at.
