I’m with you - I don’t know what I’m looking at, but it looks awesome. I love the attention to detail on display - I know the sound is what matters, but aesthetically it’s just really pleasing to my eyes. Can’t wait to hear you put it through its paces.

Yep, nothing but great experiences here too. Hats off to Dave - to build a great product is one thing, to build a great business another, but to do all of that whilst remaining down to earth and treating customers so well seems to be a rare thing in the music instrument game

Stunned to read that there’s now a major focus on deterring looters. First I heard of this was in a short clip from Bonamassa, but it’s been reported more generally here in the UK. Can’t imagine the level of low life you need to be to want to loot homes that had to be abandoned in a situation...

For what it’s worth, an easy way to tell which is which from the front panel is to look at the areas with blue “circles” in the pics below. The old 3 channel has one switch below the channel selector LED, whilst the Multi-Watt has two switches, one above and one below the channel selector LED.

I wouldn’t bet against a full set of reissues over the coming years. 2c++, every stripe of Mark III, Mark IV As and Bs, every revision of rectifier in black/chrome and regular finishes….the list goes on. Release one or two a year and then it’s on to the aged versions which are aged and “tuned”...

I totally agree with @TheGreatGreen. Gibson/Mesa really should be thanking you for your work here - you’ve done them a massive favour.

I have to say that despite the ribbing the reissue is getting in the main thread, in your vids it sounded really good. On the blind A/B, I focussed on picking which I preferred and I was pretty much 50/50 between the reissue and OG across all clips. Nice job!
