I got the replacement led from a Bogner dealer. I also tried flipping the legs. I'm sure I got it right the first time, as it lights up only with the legs one way. Unfortunately, the channels won't switch.

I got rid of my old Uber a few years ago because of the size/weight factor in favor of the OS 212. Don't get me wrong, the 212 sounded good but nothing compares to a 412. I recently got a sweet deal on a 101b and standard 412. Every time I have to carry this beast up 1 or more flights of steps...

Me too. Even though it is more like a preamp than a pedal, there is bound to be some kind of impedance or level issue that makes putting it in the loop less than optimal. I'll give it a shot the next chance I get on my 101b and report back.

For me it came down to dropping some pedals that suck the tone from my 101b. I'm running the Strymon Timeline, Blue Sky, and Ditto looper in the loop with no problems now. I noticed the same effect in front of the amp, so you must be very careful. IMHO, it is a testament to how well these amps...
