Thanks Ventura! I decided to go down the rack route, and got myself a G Major 2, but it's being delivered to my house in the UK so won't have the chance to try it for over a month... the suspense killing me! :(

Thanks C-4, That's what I was saying in my original post. I'm in no need of distortion/od pedals or patches due to the great tone already produced by the herbert. Purely concerned with getting a good reverb, delay, and then some light colouring effects like chorus...etc. I found a G-Major 2...

Well Ian's on vocals, flute and acoustic, so it would have been Martin's tone you were hearing but i'm sure it was pretty epic. Not quite Diezel though ;)
