Certain off the cuffs solos are really hard to duplicate anyways cause it's so raw and of the moment, not structured or written, more "out there" yet still works. The tone is very metallic, very electric. Maybe it's a cocked wah (not that there's anything wrong with that ;) ) with some flange.
