I’ve had wrist issues from guitar (even had surgery). My rules put simply: heat/stretch before playing, ice after. I’ve done ice baths, both full body and just wrist, but for most people, I’d think a simple ice pack on the wrist for 15 minutes at a time should do it.

I've seen Zebra several times, but all with the last ten/fifteen years. They did some great shows at BB King's and did a full Zepp set after their Zebra set one night. I like all four of the original albums, but the fourth is the weakest. Not sure what they've been to to recently.

Probably the best under-the-radar player out there. He had a band in the 80s/90s that was pretty good, but nothing amazing. I haven't heard any of his newer studio stuff. But he's an incredible player who seems to stay behind the scenes in the industry.

I almost posted this a few days ago. I've liked very few of Reza's demo videos, despite knowing I like almost all of the amps in them. It has to be the single SM57. Probably sounds good in a mix like that, but solo'd and by itself, not so much.
