Yep. I sold an old Fuzz Face on Reverb. Buyer said it didn't work. Asked him to take a picture of it hooked up. He had the inputs and outputs mixed up. ?‍♂️

I feel you, OP. Here’s my Lexicon MPX-G2 that arrived recently from Reverb. The longest dimension of the box used to ship was UNDER 19 inches. When I buy on Reverb, I'm starting to expect that sh*t will arrive broken. I have better luck with the forums.

What do you think about that weird preamp tube Rivera used? Fearing I couldn't source one if in need of replacement is what has always scared me off the Super Champs.

A lot of his recent stuff is hit or miss for me, but after EVH's passing Lynch gets a pass. I'm just glad he's alive, presumably healthy, and still playing. The man is a living legend.

I had a Cherry Bomb. Good amp with a variety of Marshall-based tones. Build quality was phenomenal, but it didn't have the saturation I was hoping for. I thought it was said to be Jose-inspired, but IMHO it seemed more like a tricked-out Quick Rod than the Cameron or Friedman stuff I've had.

Oh man, what a great amp! Miss the one I had! Bought one for the Jason Bieler connection, but so many great sounds in there. Boosted, that amp is a beast!

Build a no-compromise plexi clone. Parts from Valvestorm & iron from Merren.

Do modelers hold their value after a hardware update? Asking as I have no idea. I like to flip gear. I get bored and like to try new things. My tube amps seem to be increasing in value, but I don't know if that will last.
