all the regular recto's I have played have had extremely strong bottoms ends... but not tight.I find them to be one of the looser amps on the market.

I was expecting crazy guts. Thats rather simple. Last mesa I was in was a roadking and man did that have a lot going on!!! Killer pics. Got any clips of it yet? I love the look of these and the tremoverbs (whats the difference in the btw?) over the look of regular recto's.

After listening to the VHT it sounded like the mkIV was missing something. My votes in for the dl60!

EDIT: I am really disliking this randall BECAUSE I was hoping for something that sounded like a VH140c. Great sounding amp for metal when boosted, and good for rock, but not good for modern metal IMO.

So there is my new to me Jackson soloist XL, and randall RG200es. I am yet to play the randall, but the soloist plays real nice. He said he had it set up, but it is set up like poo. Maybe he likes it that way. Vultures... Your power amp has another new home. I didn't want to let it go so soon...
