I find most of the Eminence speakers I own have this upper mid jiggle that I don't care for.
That said, I can get along with the Texas Heat and V12.

if all you are sending it back for is to roll the treble leads, it'd be a lot cheaper and faster to have a local guy do it and send TITAN Amps the bill. surely there's a Formite here local to you that can do it for you.
if you must send it back, I'd recommend you keep it for a week or two...
