Yep! It is just nice seeing him personally helping those who have purchased his amps second hand (not the original owners). Most companies wouldn't do that; at least, from my experiences with them haha...

Both of them to be exact, but I mostly deal with Papa and I have noticed how helpful he is with people who own his amps second hand... That is wonderful customer service and just kindness in general.
