I have heard some people are really into A8s! I have yet to check one out but am curious. May need to do some magnet swapping in my Gibson 498T for some fun in the future.

If you want to go for the gusto, I would ensure the grounded leg of that cap is the one that is running to the pot. Also, if that is not pvc coated, I would shrink wrap it to reduce noise/intereference.
