Lots of good info for sure. LP's can be hit or miss. I went through this a few years ago and ended up buying one of the last Faded CV modified LP's (Peter Green inspired) guitars. Either try a bunch or buy from a solid member here. Jeff Beck says LP's are for pussies, buy a stratocaster...
