yeah, I'm trying to figure out where I can get a list of songs that are popular and like I said above sort of "expected"
are those fake books worth a look? I don't know much about them but I know they have a ton of those songs in them.
recently got the option to do a cover band gig....never been my thing before
but now that I'm seeing there's a little bit of $ to be made and that makes me think "hey that's just extra money to put right back into gear!" haha naive I know..
anyway, my big issue is I've never done the cover...
that's one of those things that if it works for you and sounds good to you - go for it.
I personally couldn't do it, I'd feel like I was missing something and as a general statement dist. pedals are really disappointing for me........but that's ME!

I know that PRS and PRS SE guitars are two completely different animals, but when I got my PRS SE Custom 22 I felt the same way - shreddy but with a les paul-ish tone. surprisingly the wrap around tail piece is lovely, I'm usually a tune o matic or string thru type of guy.
