    Ola needs your help!

I like Ola but he might have to face the reality that it’s time to make YouTube a hobby. He might just have to go out and get a job like the rest of us. I think he’s stated that he has an accounting background. There is always jobs available for accountants.

If we get this $5000 stimulus/tax payback/whatever and you HAD to spend it on gear...

I guess I’m too fiscally conservative these days. I’d most likely put it in a t-bill and ladder it with my other t-bills. Exciting shit, huh!

    Say What You Will, But...

When they first came out, they were said to be a blend of ABBA meets Sabbath. Since then, Sabbath has left the building. That said, we did play Dance Macabre at a corporate event last year. Was kind of a fun song to play live.

You may not care for the music but the musicianship is there. Their new drummer, Eloy is fucking sick!

Mark IIC+ Reissue vs. OG 1983 IIC+ DRGX: The Ultimate A/B Blind Comparison

I was about 50/50 on the clips as to which amp I preferred. Sold my DRG many years ago. If I were in the market, I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase the reissue. I agree with you Mike that Mesa hit it out of the park with this reissue.

Saw the original line-up several times including when they opened for Black Sabbath on their reunion tour. Dime was the EVH of his era and it still crushes me that he is gone, even after 20 years.

    Finally tried w/d/w…..

It takes a bit to dial it in correctly, but once you do it sounds glorious! I prefer 100% wet in the wet cabs so as not to have any phasing issues. That said, I wouldn’t use w/d/w in a live setting. Stereo is fine and even that’s too much to ask of some sound systems/sound guys.

I know we, as cocky guitarists, ignore you guys, but this is to all you bass players
