This is the actual message I get when trying to send a PM... I just wanted to know what the actual rules were....

I even tried copy and paste the member name and create a new pm and get the same error "you must be more active on the forum to use this feature" It's like I'm just locked out for some reason.... I'll try looking up the username as you suggest maybe they thought I was spam...I know my wife...

what I'm saying is the "PM" button shown in the above post ^^^^^^^^ is not available on mine.. I can only see "profile" and "email" I can see the pm you sent me 92lx50 but I can't even reply to that! it says "You need to be more active on the forum before you can use this feature"
