Rammstein: Richard Kruspe's Mesa Dual Rectifier rig

I bought a Rev D off of him, so I know he has had older ones. That rack is a touring rig. I'd seriously doubt he'd take the old rectos out on the road. Those multi watters sound great, so for live, I doubt he misses the older ones all that much. Live rigs <> studio setups

How do you like to hear amps demo'd online?

Option 2 and Option 1. Hearing a room mic of what it sounds like in someone else's room is pointless. It won't sound like that in my room. Ultimately Option 2 is the make or break for me as I want to actually make music with guitars and amps and that usually involves more than solo guitar. But I...

    Matchless HC30 (DC30)?

I don't find the Matchless to be all that Marshall like. I've owned a Matchless for the better part of 25 years (god, I'm old) so I'm quite familiar. I don't find it terribly pedal friendly, either, as far as overdrives go but a tube screamer isn't bad. I'd suggest youtubing some Scott Henderson...

Naylor Amplification: Tell me about them

No idea. Didn't like the naylor 2x12 for cleans or distortion. Very boxy and honky for anything.

Naylor Amplification: Tell me about them

I've had both. Not all that similar. The naylor is less fizz, and smoother. The mids are more pronounced on the naylor.

Naylor Amplification: Tell me about them

They say there's not. I don't know. I've only owned MI models. For a lot of stuff I think Andy used a naylor 1x12 with an alnico gold. Not sure if that's what's in that clip but I asked him way back and that's what he was using. As an aside, the naylor 2x12's sound terrible regardless of...

Naylor Amplification: Tell me about them

If you're heading over to youtube for clips make sure to look up andy most. Great representation of those amps. Here's one to get you started: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7hxeQ0GFCaw I'm not sure they're marshall based. They're really their own thing. Gain down low is some really sweet...

What amp(s) have you bought/sold numerous times?

May not measure up to what you remember you old one was, but I've played all manner of new and old Matchlii and they're remarkably consistent over the years if you put in the same tubes. Old ones shipped with NOS GE's so those do make a difference.
