    VHX vs VH2/VH4?

Bug was found and fixed, new version will be released next week! Ps. The circuit is not designed any differently from the other amps, it was a software bug and I'm really sorry for it. Thank you

    VHX vs VH2/VH4?

Thank you so much for this, there was indeed a bug where the configuration was stuck into "Hagen" mode even on shape 1 or 0 (where 0 should have been VH4). I'm not sure yet on what firmware this bug was introduced but It will be fixed as soon as possible. Ps. It really looks like you don't...

Diezel Amps @ 50/60Hz Long Term Solution.

On the back of the ZUMA there is the label with "100V to 240V", so according to the label 240V should be perfectly fine.

Diezel Amps @ 50/60Hz Long Term Solution.

Usually the pedals has another power supply and doesn't run directly from mains, and usually the power supply should have the ratings label on it, do you have a picture of the label I can check?

Diezel Amps @ 50/60Hz Long Term Solution.

That power supply seems to be rated at 500VA, it means it could only supply VH4 (when pushed) and pedalboard. Studio monitor and bass power amp may not need it as they may be already in Class D, so they have it internally already. Yes you should use the voltage as labeled on the back, unless...

Diezel Amps @ 50/60Hz Long Term Solution.

If the amp is wired for 240V as labeled it should be powered from 240V!

NAD: Herbert mk 3, but I think something is wrong with it

Is gain at noon as well? If you change from + to - will it make difference? Do you still have old V1 and V2? Can you also swap V3 and V4 with old V1 and V2 if so? Cab is surely not an issue here.

    VHX MIDI PC Change Issues

Mhh that's odd, does it happen with all the Midi pedalboard you have (I'm sure other users have no issue with FM12 for example)? I just sent you the latest beta firmware, if the issue is related to multiple midi message really close to each other than that will fix it. Thank you!

    VHX MIDI PC Change Issues

Do you have issue even with PC only? There was a bug some months ago when sending CC immediately after PC, but it has been fixed and everything should work. What version are you using? If you use MIDI USB (using a PC software) does it work normally? Thank you, Leo

Diezel Herbert MK2 with inner KT88 and outer KT77

Mixed tube will run unoptimally, plus KT88 may be too much dissipation and Peter usually don't recommend it. However people sometimes do both just to try things out and usually go back to full KT77 as it's proven to be the best all around combination followed by good EL34 or 6L6.

New VHX Issue - No output to cab

Awesome!! Was it an old plug on cable? Maybe some oxidation on the plug prevented a good contact and plugging and unplugging did make the plug clean a bit. 1) sure, however you can only backup all of them at once, not single preset yet. To do so please connect VHX to PC using USB, click mount...

New VHX Issue - No output to cab

Hi, actually it is muted because the red dot is red, it should be grey. It means that VHX cannot see the cabinet attached, it will turn gray when the cable is well connected. Can you make sure the cabinet cable is well connected? Can you try with a different cable? Make sure to plug it all the...

NAD: Herbert mk 3, but I think something is wrong with it

I know it sound silly but did you checked already guitar? Sounds like if you're playing with volume rolled down or something like that as well!

    Channel Volume vs Master Volume

Low master volume and high channel volume will give you a brighter and tighter sound, with a bit more compression as well. A lower channel volume and higher master volume is darker, less compressed and more dynamic
