Yep thats the only thing holding it in besides the four screws on top. You have to use a wrench or pliers to hold it down by that circle plate and another wrench to turn the nut. It is a PITA compared to most amps but after you do it once, its easy. Like the other dude said, be careful of the...

Above the transformer there is a bolt with a plate on the end of it. You have to unscrew that to get it out of the chasis.

I got mine from AMS and it kicks ass. Best reverb pedal I've tried.

I wouldn't look for the YJM to be any better. In the NAMM youtube clips where the AFD and YJM are played back to back, the AFD sounds better to me. In the Andertons videos with that Chappers guy, the AFD demos sound MUCH better to me than the YJM demos. I do think both amps sound pretty good...

Every Bogner I've played, Diezel Herbert (owned 3 of these :doh: ) and just about every "boutique" fx pedal. This trend of paying $300-$400 for od and delay pedals is :confused: to me.
