IMHO it feels even better. Plus you can choose radius, nut width and neck thickness. Im sure the Charvel custom shop gives you options too. I have three moderns....they are my babies.

Sent my older MC in for current updates and to have a loop installed. Part of the updates (which were free...only had to pay for the loop) is the bright control on the lead channel. Everyone thats ever heard my MC can't believe what they are hearing. The MC also seems to love real vintage...

I have an older MC50. It can sound good at a not quite bedroom level. At a gig or "bar" level....I can't find anything that sounds better. I keep trying...but can't find it. :rock:

Same can be said for dime. I understand and respect his influence on rock and metal. I like a lot of the songs. But the solid state bumble bee tone does nothing for me. But he was a phenomenal guitarist.

I hear ya! I guess when I say Marshall......it's not just the tone really.....it's the way the amp responds to guitar volume and my fingers.....how hard or soft I play. A lot, in fact most over the top gain amps have no feeling to me. Yes, the compressed tones are easy to play but they...

Thanks for your input. Clips sound like clips. They all sound the same to me. I simply ask if these things will do more than heavy or death metal because that seems to be the reputation. I'm looking for something different but still in the same vein as what I know. So I asked a few...

The midi capabilities mean nothing to me. I've performed hundreds of gigs for many many years with a single channel Marshall, a 4x12, a les Paul and a couple of pedals. If it cleans up well with the guitar volume, its reliable and the tone is sweet.....that's ll that matters. :rock:

I'm looking at the Einstein. It seems to fit more of what I do. So somewhere around $2k would be a decent price?

I guess when I say Marshall....I mean I don't like scooped mids....I don't like Mesa type fuzziness....I don't care for bogner type compressed tones. Thanks for everyone's input. I will try nd find one or two to demo. :rock:

Which model would be the most Marshall-esqe?

If I'm not a death metal player are any of these amps for me? I'm from the Hendrix/VH/Maiden school of guitar.

Fair Warning.....all of it DOA Fools Drop dead legs And from the sammy days....Aftershock.

Every guitar I've ever recieved from a dealer or a manufacturer was in tune or close to it. I've talked to many dealers and builders and all of them say its best to ship tuned. The tension from the strings keeps the neck from moving and twisting.
