Alex Catlow helped me with some mods on an Evolve ST1 based build and I can't remember exactly what I did but I screwed up the depth mod and took me several days to figure it out. Ah now I remember, I had used Ceriatone Iron and had reversed the OT leads on the power tubes. Anyway I couldn't...
25.5 inch neck. 22 stainless frets. Single volume and 3 way switch. Tonenerd pickups, locking tuners. Body is swamp ash painted in black gloss. The neck is maple with ebony fret board. Comes with a hardshell case. The back of neck is oiled not painted
Sorry guys I'm not at home but here are the pics I have on my phone. The tone nerd pickups are the wicked 8 I think but he voiced the neck specifically for this guitar
Tone nerd pickups ss frets locking tuners. This is an absolutely killer guitar. Getting rid of it because I pretty much only play my superstrats(mainly my chubtone quilt)

Congrats! Nik is a cool guy to buy from. He has always been very straight up with me. There have been several times that he could have sold me on something and made a profit but instead pointed me in another direction that ended up saving me money.
I sold my Headfirst Alta, Mesa Mark IV, 6505, ceriatone plexi, Peavey VTM, and KSR Orion. I agree that it nails the mark tones but also Marshall tones especially after the last update. The 6505 and the fm3 were indistinguishable at same volumes.
I'm using a lot of IR's that have the EQ curve of...
I actually am ampless for the first time in Over 8 or 9 years after getting the FM3. I'm running it with a KSR PA50. I ended up selling my last couple amps after shooting them out side by side through the PA50 and a v30 2x12.
Will I never own another amp? I can't say that at all. I actually...
Hell yeah. I've just recently purchased a concept series Rhoads and it has SS frets and Luminlay side dots. It was made in Korea and damn near perfect. I don't really know how they could have improved on it(although I would have chosen a different pickup instead of an EMG).
Jason isn't a good person to watch for an amp demo.
Cause he makes me want to give up playing. Top notch rhythm playing that you totally get blind sided that he is just as good with leads....
Have you gotten it yet? Even at 1078 you could spend less than 200 on a new PT. They aren't that hard to install provided you have the correct spec sheet. Honestly, 3500 for an 800 is ridiculous. At 1500 it's tempting although I like building those myself using Jason T's PCB. The ones I've done...
The fundamental changes books are quite good. I have the one on pentatonic, legato, sweeping, unlocking the fretboard and maybe another one or two of them. I've taken lessons from several people(most recently Jon Bjork). And these books are really helpful. The best thing you can do is teach him...
I know when I ordered off the previous there were several delays and I also think my original mail went to his junk mail so it took him a little longer to get back to me but he did send out updates.
