you have to set up which midi CC to send to activate reverb on off within the gsp1101
you can do it via the editor i think , and also have to setup the behringer accordingly, when i owned one i had a UNO chip inside it, so i had the bottom 5 buttons for presets and the top 5 for sending midi...
just out of interest a side question, have you tried messing with the pole pieces height and pickup height ?
try raising the pole pieces and lowering the pickup
might be something to try before swapping magnets/pickups , recently did that on some of my guitars, made a nice difference in the...
got a few , if i had to name just one it'd be erra , listened to it more than anything else this year
otherwise:
erra - augment
counterparts - the difference between hell and home
the 1975 - s/t
the range - non fiction
state champs - the finer things
shai hulud - reach beyond the sun
the hardwire reverb is a great sounding pedal, can't really go wrong
the tc hall of fame is nice as well , with the tone print editor can go pretty far
more expensive stuff you're looking at
neunaber - wet
red panda - context reverb
strymon
eventide
good post
something else is that i usually find it easier to find suitable pickups from seymour or dimarzio (as they are more 'tried and tested' as it were) for guitars and are more willing to give them a go given the price than spending ages thinking over and clicking through samples and...

looks aweeesome =0
out of interest you got a large collection of stompboxes as well to go with that ? (boosts/ods etc.. )
do you have time to test them out at the studio or you have to decide this in advance?
the Diezel + Marshall sounds like a good crushing mix, the 5150 ii is tried and tested
if you can take all 3 with you and try them out, and see what the sound engineer thinks of what works well with the...
ah cool band, from what i've seen live, it's fender cleans with pedals , and i think a recto for the other heavier guitar tones
a VOX ac30 combo with pedals would probably work well for that, or a suitable Fender combo (say a used fender Blues deluxe or something) again with various pedals...
i've got an older 4 hole from 76, super clean right up the dial, unless you're really cranking preamp + master and even then it's a kind of light crunch
never tried a 2 input version, but it really sounds like it was modded to me
good question, this has a tc g major in the list, maybe one of those older lexicon units? (pcm70 , 80 etc..)

i'd probably stick with humbuckers for metal, maybe a seymour duncan distortion?
could be a better match with the mahogany body , getting a super hot/humbuckerified p90 seems to defeat the purpose of getting a p90 to begin with =)
otherwise getting an EQ pedal into the mix and experimenting...
