Sold - Fender American Standard HH Telecaster w' EVH Wolfgang PU & Fender Locking Tuners

This is a Fender American Standard HH telecaster body. It is routed for both a bridge and neck humbucker but when building this guitar I opted for a single bridge humbucker. The bridge humbucker is a American made EVH Wolfgang pickup. It has a fender standard American bridge, cts pots and...

Recto r-0022 rev C on ebay....

I owned a roadster and a Mike B revision g modded to revision C recto at the same time. The roadster is dark and more compressed than the revisions c. For rock and high gain tones I much preferred the revision c in every way. It is more open, brighter but not fizzy like many rectos and very...

Anyone done a choke mod on the EVH 5150 III

After biasing it and rolling some preamp tubes through it, I can get a decent range from the red, it’s usable from off to about 12 o’clock. Still curious about the choke thing though.

Anyone done a choke mod on the EVH 5150 III

I know this was a really popular thing to do on the peavey editions but it doesn’t seem like people are doing it to the EVH models. So has anyone tried it? If so did you gain anything

Comparing the oldest Dual Rectifer to the newest one. Rev C vs. MultiWatt.

I had a chance to do this with a Revision G that had been sent back to Mesa and modded to C specs and a Multiwatt from 2017 I believe. I’m not sure if it was the tubes or what the difference was but these amps where very very different from each other and no matter what we could not get the...

Synergy folks, syn-50 vs Mesa 2:90 or other power amp.

I’m not really looking for it to be the same as the real amp it’s based off of. I understand that the synergy system can only get you but so far. My biggest thing I’m fighting is really the fact that it doesn’t seem quite as “big, full” in a band mix as an actual amp.

Synergy folks, syn-50 vs Mesa 2:90 or other power amp.

I’ve been looking for rt 2/50. They seem pretty universally loved for this set up. I’ve also been looking for a peavey classic 120/120

Synergy folks, syn-50 vs Mesa 2:90 or other power amp.

No it’s all tube. It’s a hell of an idea and honestly does sound good. I just am finding a bit of difference in between it and just an amp set up and it could be tubes, etc causing this. However I have rolled some more 12ax7 through my syn-1 and didn’t improve so I don’t think that’s it.
