amp works fine with or without footswitch....when I mashed down on the buttons, it would not change the channels unless I kept my foot down and pushed button all the way in and kept it like that....I know it's a bad footswitch...when I first got it unpacked, stuff was rattling around in there...

I've read the manual but still cant figure out this: which position (v1,v2 etc ) handles channels 3 and 4. I had v1 go out on me and it killed volume on 1 and 2 and also lowered volume on 3 and 4.

2 Marshall 4x12's 1 is Slash model other is vintage model.

I was very nervous as to the opinion of my bandmates on the new amp...they love my old rig and anytime I tried new things, they all hated it...but...they love the egnater...which is a good thing since i already sold the carvin and the vht...after much fiddling with the volume knob, all agreed...

I e-mailed egnater support and got a reply from Nate ..he was cool about it, I e-mailed him a copy of my receipt and he's gonna send me some tubes....not too shaby in my opinion.
