What kind of speaker cabs are you guys using with your Camerons? I am getting the CCV100, and I am going to be using a Bogner cab that is now loaded with V30's. I have always used 25 w greenbacks before, and may change the V30's out. What kind of speakers was the amp voiced in mind with? The...

:rock: Chris called today, and Mark is back up and feeling better. They are now taking orders again, 6-9 month wait, but I don't care. For sound that good, I have waited my entire playing life. If we go 9 months (hope we don't), this will drop right around my birthday; great present. Sweet. JT

Wish I still had my Langner preamp; he built me one in the early-mid 90's, and it was smokin'. He said it was a "hot one". I sold it for next to nothing. I wish he was still doing stuff.

OK, I am thinking about coming back over to the dark side and offiing my Bogner Ecstasy in favor of a Herbert. I am using a Music Man Axis for most of my playing these days, and would like to hear clips of the amp with this guitar before venturing out to get another Herbert. No one around here...

Hey All; Does Mark still do the mods to the Bogner Ecstasy? I understand he has a blue and red channel mod that he does. Can anyone explain the mod? Does Mark still do these, and if so, is there a time frame I could count on and a price? Thanks for any info. JT

I used the Ground Control when I had a Herbert. It wasn't that expensive, and I used it for my other rack stuff too. The alpha-numeric display was very cool too, something most of the others didn't have. Th display was cool for me, as when playing live, I could see what preset I had programmed...

Exactly. I generally prefer a more "vintage vibe", which is why I prefer the Einstein. However, like you said, when I am playing more "metal/shredder" stuff, the Herbert has a faster, more defined character to it, and to me, that's where it shines. They do both kick major ass. BTW, good luck...
