If the SLO30 is B.A.D.'s version of the HR25, then I would say no if using the stock iron. The HR25 runs its 5881's at reduced plate voltage, and that voltage is transformer supplied. It's hard wired in. The operating plate voltage for a pair of 6550's is way different. So you'd have to (1)...
